Who is Carlene?
Carlene is a Gentle Sleep Consultant, Mum and AHPRA registered Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who has specialised in Practice Nursing for the last 12 years. She has worked at some of the top Melbourne General Practices that focus on families and children’s health and wellbeing.

She is a certified Infant and Child sleep consultant with the Institute of Sensitive Sleep and International Associate of Child Sleep Consultants. Carlene has personally used and
recommends Oricom Baby Care products to her clients as it “provides parents with peace of mind”.

As a certified Baby Sleep Consultant and mother of 2 with over 12 years of experience as a nurse, she is able to assist with issues beyond sleep disorders, such as introducing solids (and types of food to promote sleep), safe weaning from breastfeeding, immunisation concerns and also put you in touch with appropriate Allied Health professionals should the need arise.

After having her own children, she saw the need for sleep consultants that have a wider knowledge in gentle sleep support as well as children’s health and emotional care, and the family in general.

Carlene can assist with children from 0-6 years of age.
