Returns Policy

If you have purchased an Oricom product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Items purchased directly from are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, in as-new condition, unopened and in the original packaging.

Please email us on prior to sending the item(s) back.

Please note: All return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return has been received, a refund can be processed for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee. All Bank/Credit Card/PayPal fees are non-refundable when order is cancelled.
