Returns and Order Cancellation Policy

If your product is not functioning as per expected standard operation, we would like to assist you with the product. Please contact our support centre directly at  https://oricom.com.au/support/ or by calling (02) 4574 8888 Mon-Fri 8am-6pm AEST.

If you have purchased an Oricom product from one of our network of authorised retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer

Items purchased directly from the Oricom website “https://oricom.com.au/” are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original, unopened and undamaged packaging). We will accept returns during that time (within 14 days) for change of mind.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Oricom,  we will be unable to process a credit. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy as outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address. Alternatively, you can choose not to have the item returned to you.

Once the return has been received, a refund can be processed for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee. All Bank/Credit Card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.
