In these Terms & Conditions, “Gift Card” refers to Oricom International branded gift cards, which can only be used at oricom.com.au or oricom.co.nz
- Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods or services equal to the value stated on the card, or the remaining balance after partial redemption.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed for purchases made via oricom.com.au or oricom.co.nz
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for purchases made through third-party resellers, distributors, or partner platforms unless otherwise stated.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged (in whole or part) for cash.
- The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
- Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Any unused balance will remain on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the holder must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
- Oricom International Gift Cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time, even if an expiry date is printed on the card.
Fraud & Security
- Oricom International reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Gift Card transaction if fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
- Oricom International is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the card has not been redeemed. Replacement is at Oricom International’s discretion where proof is insufficient or the card has been used.
Additional Conditions
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase:
- Oricom International branded gift cards
- Other third-party gift cards
- Subscription-based products or services, where applicable
Refunds
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
