1. Instructions, prize and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is Oricom International Pty Ltd (ABN 46 086 116 369). Unit 1, 4 Sovereign Place, South Windsor 2756.

3. The promotional period begins on 1st of month at 12:01am AEST and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on the last day of given month as per stated in the promotion ad copy.

4. Only persons aged 18 or over are eligible for the competition. You may be asked at any stage to provide proof of age.

5. To be a valid entrant of the competition you must be a resident of Australia.

6. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Australia only.

7. To enter the competition entrants must enter via the selected form with a limit of one entry per person.

8. The Promoter will draw the winner randomly from the entrant pool within the first four days of the proceeding month.

9. All entrants agree to be contacted by Oricom International Pty Ltd to arrange prize giving. This will be via the email address provided.

10. All entrants agree to reasonable promotional involvement as part of the giveaway.

11. If the winner does not respond in 72 hours the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be contacted.
