Shipping - New Zealand
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, we will deliver to New Zealand addresses only, specifically to the address indicated on your order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time you place your order. It is recommended that you check this carefully to ensure the address is correct. If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, however we cannot guarantee a change can be made once your order has been processed or dispatched.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your order and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the carrier may:

leave an attempted delivery notification; and/or

take the parcel to a local depot/collection point; and/or
-
attempt re-delivery.
Any “authority to leave” instructions (including where offered by the carrier) are at your election and risk. Where you choose or instruct that a parcel be left unattended, you accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery is recorded at the delivery address.
Dispatch of your online order will normally take place within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Dispatch timeframes are estimates only. We will use all reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the stated period; however we do not guarantee dispatch within this timeframe.
Delivery of your order will typically take 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location in New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Oricom will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order within this period; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not guarantee delivery within this time frame. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of receipt by email of our Tax invoice/order confirmation, please contact us at: sales@oricom.com.au
