Returns and Order Cancellation Policy - New Zealand
If you have purchased an Oricom product from one of our network of authorised retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from the Oricom New Zealand website “https://oricom.com.nz/” eligible for return (excluding shipping) within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, provided that items must be in original sale condition (unused) and are returned with original, unopened and undamaged packaging. We will accept returns for change of mind provided the items meet the these return conditions.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Oricom, we will be unable to process a refund. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy as outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of having your returned item sent back to your nominated address. Alternatively, you can choose not to have the item returned to you.
Once the return has been received and inspected by us, a refund can be processed for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee. Any payment processing fees charged in connection with your original purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method use for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
If an item you purchased from the Oricom New Zealand website arrives damaged, is faulty, or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting details (including photos where relevant). Where a return is accepted for a fault, damage, or incorrect supply, Oricom will confirm the return process with you, including whether return courier costs will be covered by Oricom.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on the Oricom New Zealand website, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will use reasonable efforts to cancel it and process a refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process detailed above.
