A puncture shouldn’t end your trip. The Oricom Tyre Repair Kit gives you the tools to seal a small puncture on the spot, so you can get back on the road and reach a tyre shop for a permanent fix.
The repair is done externally, so there’s no need to remove the tyre from the rim. The strip is set into the puncture to form a double-layer airtight seal. The kit suits cars, motorcycles and electric vehicles, whether you’re on a long trip, camping or somewhere without a repair shop nearby.
The tools are built to last. The spiral reamer and insertion needle are hardened carbon steel and resist rust and bending. The T-handle has an aluminium alloy body with an anti-slip knurled metal surface. The repair strips are made from tough, elastic butyl rubber with excellent air tightness. Everything packs into the textile storage bag with buckle.

What types of punctures and tyres can this kit repair?
The kit is for tubeless tyres only. It suits small punctures (6 mm or less) in the thick tread area, such as those caused by nails or screws, as long as there are no cracks or angled cuts. It is not suitable for sidewall or shoulder damage, large holes, multiple punctures, bulged or heavily aged tyres, or tyres with inner tubes.
Is this a permanent repair?
No. It is an emergency temporary repair, designed to get you moving again and to a professional. If you plan to drive on the highway or over long distances, have a permanent internal repair done at a tyre shop as soon as possible.
Do I need to remove the tyre from the wheel to use it?
No. The repair is done externally, so the tyre can stay on the rim. This makes it practical for roadside repairs, camping trips and remote areas.
What else do I need to complete a repair?
You will need pliers to remove the object causing the puncture, a way to reinflate the tyre to the recommended pressure (such as a pump or compressor), and soapy water to check the repair. The kit includes the tools for the repair itself: the reamer, insertion needle, T-handle grip and repair strips.
How many punctures can I repair with one kit, and which vehicles is it suitable for?
The kit includes 5 repair strips. Each puncture needs its own strip, so you can complete up to 5 repairs. It is suited to cars, motorcycles and electric vehicles with tubeless tyres. Always follow the 6 mm size limit and the unsuitable cases listed above.
