Never Miss a Message with Instant Replay
Missed a direction, a channel change or a hazard warning? Instant Replay records incoming transmissions so you can play them back at the touch of a button. With up to 10 minutes of audio storage, you can catch the detail you missed on a noisy worksite, a bumpy track or a busy convoy. It’s the feature that sets the UHF025R apart from the average UHF CB radio.
Compact Size, Tough Construction
The UHF025R’s compact body fits into tight dashboards and crowded cabs, so it suits 4WDs, utes, tractors and construction machinery. The rugged construction and heavy-duty microphone plug are made for everyday knocks and vibration, so you can rely on a solid connection when it matters. Oricom’s quality finish also delivers clear, easy-to-hear audio.
Simple to Use, Built to Last
Rotary squelch and volume controls make quick adjustments easy, even with gloves on or while you’re driving. The 7 colour backlit display keeps channel information easy to read day or night, and the 3.5mm external speaker jack lets you connect an external speaker for clearer audio in noisy cabs. Every UHF025R comes with a 5 year warranty.
Stay Connected, Your Way
Jump to your most-used channels with three instant recall channels. 38 CTCSS codes help you cut out unwanted chatter, and Duplex, Open/Instant Repeater and Priority Scan help you stay in touch over longer distances and keep watch on the channels that matter. Whether you’re coordinating a job site or travelling in convoy, you spend less time fiddling and more time communicating.

How do I use the Instant Replay feature?
The recording function needs to be turned on via the menu first. Once enabled, the radio will automatically record incoming transmissions for up to 12 minutes. To play back a recording, press the playback button, use the up/down buttons to select the file you want to hear, then press playback again to listen.
What channel should I use for general communication?
Channel 40 is the customary road vehicle channel, and channel 11 is the standard calling channel used to make initial contact. Once contact is established on channel 11, both parties should move to another free simplex channel. Note that channels 5 and 35 are reserved for emergency use only.
