How does a customer know how ‘unlevel’ they are even when it appears they are on flat ground?
The RVSL01 shows the vehicle's angle relative to an initial pre-set level and then the height required to correct level of each wheel, depending on vehicle type and vehicle dimensions entered in the App. This ensures a comfortable and stable setup for RVs or trailers, regardless of subtle ground imperfections.
Are there any models of phone this is NOT compatible with?
The ability to use the App is dependent on the version of the phone operating system. For iOS, the requirement is version 11.0 or above; for Android, version 6.0 or above.
Is the precision reading maintained over the entire operating range?

Is the inclination in real time?
Yes, the app displays both the inclination in real time, and the height required to adjust each wheel, allowing users to monitor and adjust as needed.
Where inclinations are up to 4 degrees for example, does it have a zoom feature for enhanced accuracy levelling?
The reported angle is to within .001 deg and height is accurate to 0.25cm, determined by the vehicle type and dimensions entered initially. Zoom is not required.
How do you calibrate it to begin with?
Upon first use, users need to park the vehicle on a relatively flat surface and press the “Set level” button in the app settings to establish a balance reference point.
What is the expected battery life of the product?
If you are using about 5-8 mins each day, the battery can last for up 2 years.
Is there any advice for mounting location of install?
When considering an installation position make sure you can still access the battery compartment locking screw .
How do I turn off my leveller when not in use to save battery?
To turn on, briefly press the power button, you will hear one beep to indicate your leveller is now on.
To turn off, press and hold the power button down until you hear two beeps, your leveller is now off.
My App is not connecting to the leveller
If using a VPN or some type of network security App, make sure this is turned off so that you can connect to the Leveller.
