How do I lock my sleep trainer clock?
Lock the clock to prevent settings from being accidently changed. To lock or unlock the device, press and hold the + and – buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
Why does “BAT” appear on the screen?
When the battery becomes low, the Battery icon will appear. Plug the unit into the power supply until fully charged (approx. 2-3 hours). Note: When the clock battery is low, the backlight will be turned off.
How do I reset my clock?
To reset all settings to default (except current clock setting) press and hold the MODE, SET and ON/OFF buttons at the same time until CLr appears on the screen.
