Shipment of your online order will normally take place within 2 working days receipt of your order. Delivery of your order will take 2-10 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location in Australia. Oricom will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order within this period; however, due to circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Orders will be delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note products being sent to rural locations, NT, WA, SA & TAS may take up to 10 working days to arrive, once dispatched.

If you have purchased an Oricom product from one of our network of authorised retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Items purchased directly from the Oricom website “https://oricom.com.au/” are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, in as-new condition, unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way. We will accept returns during that time (within 14 days) for change of mind. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Oricom, we will be unable to process a credit. All return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy as outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address. Alternatively, you can choose not to have the item returned to you. Once the return has been received, a refund can be processed for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee. All Bank/Credit Card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.
