Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Oricom International Pty Ltd. Unit 1, 4 Sovereign Place, South Windsor 2756.
3. The promotional period begins on Monday 16th August 2021 at 5PM AEST and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Friday 20th August, 2021.
4. Only persons aged 18 or over are eligible for the competition. You may be asked at any stage to provide proof of age.
5. To be a valid entrant of the competition you must be a resident of Australia.
6. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Australia.
7. To enter the competition entrants must enter via the selected landing page, populating each text field and submitting their entry.
8. Each entry accepts that the provided email address upon entry, will be added to the mailing list of each contributing company as listed below:Oricom International Pty Ltd
9. The competition takes place from Monday 16th August 2021 at 5PM AEST and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Friday 20th August, 2021. Any entries given outside of this time will not be reviewed or accepted.
10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
11. The Promoter will judge all entries against each other based on the originality and creative merit of the answer submitted.
12. All entrants agree to be contacted by Oricom International Pty Ltd to arrange prize giving. This will be via the email address provided.
13. All entrants agree to reasonable promotional involvement as part of the giveaway.
14. If the winner does not respond in 48 hours the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be contacted.
15. The prize is 1 x Premium Newborn Baby Pack – Valued at $862.
    Pack includes: SC875 Video Baby Monitor, Babysense7 Breathing Movement Monitor, OLS100 Sound Machine, ONBH05 Night Light, and HFS1000 Thermometer.
16. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
